AI-driven workflow and the team on it.

I build software the AI-native way: Spec-Driven Development, multi-agent orchestration, AI-assisted code review — and I bring teams with me. Ten years as a Full Stack Engineer across web and mobile, owning systems end to end from data model and API to interface, three of them as a Technical Lead taking delivery cycles two to three times faster.

As a team lead I run strategic planning and delivery ownership, and turn conventional engineering teams into AI-native ones — practice by practice, on real production work.

A background in UI/UX design means the products are not only correct but usable — the bridge between technical implementation and user experience.

Architected a React Native banking app from scratch, structuring the codebase around Feature-Sliced Design with a layered Client → BFF → Middleware → Core flow.
Used FSD as the core architectural pattern to keep the codebase scalable as the team and feature set grew.
Led a team of 5 engineers through the full delivery cycle.
Worked with product and business stakeholders on technical trade-offs and roadmap decisions.
Built a multi-agent AI workflow — orchestrators, subagents, custom skills, and MCP integrations on Claude Code CLI — as the team's default engineering practice.
Introduced Spec-Driven Development (SDD) as the delivery methodology, cutting development time 2.5x without sacrificing code quality or consistency.
Designed AI code-review guardrails for a regulated banking environment; 90% of PRs pass without critical comments.

Developed and maintained an enterprise-grade SaaS platform for reproducible scientific computations, serving 1.5M+ researchers within a React 18 monorepo (50+ shared packages).
Adopted AI-assisted development workflows (LLM coding agents) to accelerate feature delivery and large-scale refactors across the monorepo.
Enhanced admin panel UX, access control flows, and AWS Assumable Roles integration.

Led frontend architecture and system design for multi-application ecosystem serving 500K+ daily users across web (rail.co.il) and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Rebuilt and implemented a scalable architecture that utilized Redux state management (RTK), reusable modular components, and hooks. This improved support for multiple applications.
Improved interactivity by 30%, and eliminated rendering bottlenecks through strategic code splitting and lazy loading patterns.
Production deployment responsibility. Reduced bundle size by 40%.
